NOTA MUY IMPORTANTE PARA LOS REMOLACHEROS<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n
Todos los remolacheros que contratan con AB Azucarera (f\u00e1brica de La Ba\u00f1eza), que quieran que ASAJA reclame en su nombre el mantenimiento de las anteriores condiciones de contrataci\u00f3n de remolacha, incluido el precio, ante la Corte Arbitral que figura en el AMI, necesariamente tienen que formar parte del contrato colectivo de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/h6>\n
La fecha para formalizar la contrataci\u00f3n, y en su caso para adherirse al colectivo de ASAJA, finaliza el 30 de mayo.<\/span><\/h6>\n
Quienes formen parte del contrato de colectivo de Agroteo, S.A. no se beneficiar\u00edan de la mejora del precio\u00a0 (6,5 euros\/ tonelada) si hay una sentencia favorable a la reclamaci\u00f3n de las organizaciones profesionales agrarias. La reclamaci\u00f3n no es gen\u00e9rica.<\/span><\/h6>\n
