El bajo consumo de carne de vacuno en estas fechas hace bajar la cotizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Un atasco en las explotaciones de cebo de vacuno debido a la ralentizaci\u00f3n del sacrificio por el bajo consumo, ha hecho que hoy la lonja de Le\u00f3n haya cotizado a la baja todas las categor\u00edas de carne tanto hembras como machos.<\/h6>\n
Este hecho no es nada inusual y se espera que con la llegada del verano y el empuje del turismo las aguas vuelvan a su cauce y se retome la normalidad en el sector.<\/h6>\n
En sentido contrario se encuentra la carne de ovino que hoy ha aumentado su cotizaci\u00f3n, en este caso no es que se haya aumentado el consumo de la misma, sino que en estas fechas hay una disminuci\u00f3n significativa de la oferta.<\/h6>\n
En cuanto a los cereales de invierno, esta semana se han vuelto a retomar las subidas en trigo y avena, el primero empujado por los mercados internacionales y por la fortaleza del ma\u00edz y la segunda porque ya se puede dar por hecho que va a ser la m\u00e1s afectada por la sequ\u00eda, y por tanto habr\u00e1 una oferta limitada de la misma, todo ello a la espera de que empiece a cotizar el grano de la nueva campa\u00f1a.<\/h6>\n
