{"id":13992,"date":"2023-01-12T09:20:45","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T08:20:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.asajacyl.com\/leon\/?p=13992"},"modified":"2023-01-12T09:20:48","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T08:20:48","slug":"correcciones-subasta-de-puertos-pirenaicos-y-pastos-sobrantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.asajacyl.com\/leon\/servicios-socio\/correcciones-subasta-de-puertos-pirenaicos-y-pastos-sobrantes","title":{"rendered":"Correcciones subasta de puertos pirenaicos y pastos sobrantes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2>SUBSANACI\u00d3N DEL ANUNCIO DE 1.\u00aa SUBASTA DE APROVECHAMIENTOS DE PASTOS EN PUERTOS PIRENAICOS Y PASTOS SOBRANTES, EN MONTES DE UTILIDAD P\u00daBLICA PARA SER APROVECHADOS DURANTE EL A\u00d1O 2023<\/h2>\n<h6>Advertido error en el anuncio publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial de La Provincia de Le\u00f3n, n\u00famero 240, de fecha 19 de diciembre de 2022, en el anexo II: relaci\u00f3n de Pastos Sobrantes y Puertos Pirenaicos en montes de U.P. para ser aprovechados durante el a\u00f1o 2023, de acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 109.2 de la Ley 39\/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento administrativo com\u00fan de las administraciones P\u00fablicas, debe efectuarse la siguiente correcci\u00f3n:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Modificar en el anexo II, el aprovechamiento del Monte 158-159-163-165, perteneciente al ayuntamiento de Sena de Luna, en el paraje \u201cParcela Sur del pantano\u201d, en la columna \u201cN.\u00ba a\u00f1os\u201d, donde pone \u2013 1 \u2013 ha de poner \u2013 5.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Modificar en el anexo II, el aprovechamiento del Monte 435, perteneciente a las EE.LL.MM. de Boca de Hu\u00e9rgano, Barniedo de la reina, Espejos de la reina y Villafrea de la Reina, en el paraje \u201cMag\u00e1naves, rasa y otros\u201d, en la columna \u201cOBS.\u201d, donde pone \u2013 (7) \u2013 ha de poner \u2013 (4) (7).
