En el d&#237;a de hoy se ha pronunciado al respecto, con una denuncia gen&#233;rica sin concretar, la UPL.&#160;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\nA este respecto, y por m&#237; condici&#243;n de miembro que fui del consejo de Administraci&#243;n de Caja Espa&#241;a primero, y Caja Espa&#241;a Caja Duero despu&#233;s, desde junio de 2006 hasta que se trasform&#243; en Banco CEISS, te informo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n&#160;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nQue en ning&#250;n caso, en ning&#250;n momento, fui titular ni beneficiario de ninguna tarjeta de la entidad, ni de ninguna de sus empresas participadas, por lo tanto ni opaca ni fiscalmente transparente, sencillamente nunca existi&#243;.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nQue las remuneraciones percibidas por ese cargo y responsabilidad, en dinero o en especies si es el caso, est&#225;n todas declaradas a Hacienda y as&#237; constan en mis declaraciones del IRPF.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nQue en ning&#250;n caso se produjo por m&#237; parte, en el ejercicio del cargo,&#160; conductas que puedan ser socialmente reprochables y menos que puedan tener una consideraci&#243;n delictiva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nQue como consejero, mantuve criterio propio sobre muchas cuestiones, por lo que, asumiendo la responsabilidad colectiva derivada de una gesti&#243;n que podr&#237;a haber sido mejorable, no me considero responsable de otras muchas decisiones que no compart&#237;, ni de otras, que habi&#233;ndolas compartido, lo fue as&#237; porque el equipo de Direcci&#243;n obr&#243; con deslealtad.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nQue sigo desfilando por los Juzgados en condici&#243;n de testigo, al haberme ofrecido voluntariamente (ma&#241;ana lo har&#233; en el de La Ba&#241;eza), declarando a favor de los preferentistas que han perdido parte de sus ahorros por una mala pr&#225;ctica bancaria. El &#250;nico ex consejero que est&#225; testificando a favor de los clientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n&#160;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\nNo tengas pues ninguna duda que, independientemente del recorrido que tenga cualquier denuncia al Consejo de Administraci&#243;n que hubo en la Caja, mi integridad moral no se va a ver cuestionada. Puedes seguir dando la cara por m&#237;, si llega el caso, como lo habr&#225;s hecho en muchas ocasiones por cuestiones del cargo agrario que desempe&#241;o.
