SEG&#218;N LA NUEVA LEY DE PREVENCI&#211;N AMBIENTAL DE CASTILLA Y LEON (Art&#237;culo 62&#160; Ley 8\/2014 de 14 de octubre&#160; por la que se modifica la Ley de Prevenci&#243;n Ambiental de Castilla y Le&#243;n).<\/strong>&#160;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nInstalaciones ganaderas menores, entendiendo como tales las orientadas al autoconsumo, y aquellas otras que no superen 2 UGM y siempre con un m&#225;ximo de 100 animales.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nInstalaciones de cr&#237;a y guarda de perros con un m&#225;ximo de 10 perros mayores de 3 meses.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nNaves de almacenamiento de equipos y productos agr&#237;colas siempre que no cuenten con sistemas de refrigeraci&#243;n o sistemas forzados de ventilaci&#243;n, y que como m&#225;ximo contengan dep&#243;sitos de 2.000 litros de gas&#243;leo u otro combustible.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nDispositivos sonoros para ahuyentar p&#225;jaros.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nCentros e instalaciones de turismo rural.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nActividades trashumantes de ganader&#237;a de todo tipo, as&#237; como instalaciones fijas en ca&#241;adas o sus proximidades ligadas a esas actividades y que se utilicen &#250;nicamente en el desarrollo de la trashumancia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nActividades de ganader&#237;a extensiva y pastoreo desarrolladas en montes comunales y similares.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nInstalaciones ap&#237;colas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin-left: 18pt\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\nCon car&#225;cter general, todas la instalaciones potencialmente afectadas por normativa por la que se regula la artesan&#237;a en Castilla y Le&#243;n.&#160;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ACTIVIDADES AGROGANADERAS SUJETAS AL PROCEDIMIENTO DE &#8220;COMUNICACI&#211;N AMBIENTAL&#8221;
