{"id":3096,"date":"2004-09-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-09-14T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.asajacyl.com\/leon\/2004\/09\/15\/plan-de-abandono-voluntario-de-la-produccin-de-leche-campaa-200405\/"},"modified":"2017-11-14T16:54:16","modified_gmt":"2017-11-14T15:54:16","slug":"plan-de-abandono-voluntario-de-la-produccin-de-leche-campaa-200405","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.asajacyl.com\/leon\/servicios-socio\/plan-de-abandono-voluntario-de-la-produccin-de-leche-campaa-200405","title":{"rendered":"PLAN DE ABANDONO VOLUNTARIO DE LA PRODUCCI&#211;N DE LECHE CAMPA&#209;A 2004\/05"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Plazo de presentaci&#243;n de solicitudes: hasta el 30 de septiembre.<\/h2>\n<p><b><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font color=\"#009900\" size=\"2\">PLAN DE ABANDONO VOLUNTARIO <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font color=\"#009900\" size=\"2\">DE LA PRODUCCION DE LECHE CAMPA&#209;A 2004\/05.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/b><font size=\"2\"> <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">&#160;<\/font><b><u><font size=\"2\"> <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">Plazo de presentaci&#243;n de solicitudes<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">: hasta el 30 de septiembre. <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><b><u><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">Importe de la indemnizaci&#243;n<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">: <\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<li><font size=\"2\">0,60 euros para productores con cuota a 1 de abril de 2004 inferior a 70.001 kilos. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">0,40 euros para productores con cuota superior a 70.000 kilos e inferior a 120.001 kilos. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">0,40 euros para productores con cuota superior a 120.000 kilos incurriendo en alguna causa de fuerza mayor o excepcional debidamente justificada y que est&#233;n sujetos al compromiso de no transferir cuota. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">0,15 euros para el resto de los casos <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><b><u><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">Incremento de los importes de indemnizaci&#243;n.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\"> <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">Aparte de las cuant&#237;as recogidas anteriormente, los importes totales de las indemnizaciones se ver&#225;n incrementados, hasta un m&#225;ximo posible del 40%, asignando a cada uno de los siguientes cuatro casos un 10%: <\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<li><font size=\"2\">Productores cuya cuota sea inferior a 50.001 kilos. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">Productores cuya cuota se inferior a 25.001 kilos. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">Productores cuya edad, en el momento de presentar la solicitud, sea superior a 56 a&#241;os. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><font size=\"2\">Productores cuya edad, en el momento de presentar la solicitud, sea superior a 62 a&#241;os. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><b><u><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">Cuota individual m&#225;xima.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\"> <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">No se indemnizar&#225;n cuota superiores a 300.000 kilos.<\/font><b><u><font size=\"2\"> <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">Beneficios fiscales.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\"> <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">La indemnizaci&#243;n percibida por estos planes de abandono oficiales est&#225; exenta de tributar a Hacienda. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><b><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><font size=\"2\">01\/09\/04<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/b><font size=\"2\"> <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p><font size=\"2\">&#160;<\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plazo de presentaci&#243;n de solicitudes: hasta el 30 de septiembre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":8174,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[21,5],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.5 -
