A LOS REGANTES&#160;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-left: 36pt\">\nLa Confederaci&#243;n Hidrogr&#225;fica del Duero ha aceptado un recurso de la Comunidad de Regantes y por lo tanto no se cobrar&#225; en el Canon de Regulaci&#243;n el importe correspondiente al pago del <strong>Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles<\/strong> correspondiente al pantano,&#160; que se satisface por el Estado a los ayuntamientos. Recordar que ASAJA fue la primera en criticar en su d&#237;a la pretensi&#243;n de la Confederaci&#243;n de cobrar el IBI a los regantes, y que desde entonces todas las comunidades de regantes han recurrido la decisi&#243;n. Esta resoluci&#243;n&#160; supone para los regantes del Canal de San Rom&#225;n, perteneciente a la Junta de Explotaci&#243;n del Tuerto, un ahorro de casi 14 euros por hect&#225;rea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-left: 36pt\">\nEsta informaci&#243;n se public&#243; en el BOE de 20 de agosto de 2014.&#160;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CONTRA EL COBRO DEL I.B.I.
