NO SE HAN CUMPLIDO LAS EXPECTATIVAS EN CUANTO AL PRECIO DE LA PATATA<\/font><\/u><\/b><\/div>\n

La Lonja Agropecuaria de León celebró hoy miércoles su sesión ordinaria en la sede de la Cámara Agraria Provincial, con la presencia del sector industrial, los agricultores y ganaderos como productores, y representantes de la Junta de Castilla y León y de la Diputación Provincial.<\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
A punto de cerrarse la campaña 2013\/2014 de patata, una nueva bajada nos ha sorprendido hoy en la Lonja de León; Red Scarlett, Desirrée y Astérix que cotizaban a 150 €\/t han pasado a cotizar en la sesión de hoy a 140 €\/t. En la provincia de León se han comercializado 76.120 t que corresponden a 1.730 ha sembradas con unos rendimientos de 44 t\/ha, y podíamos definir este fin de campaña como desilusionante ya que después de un arranque con unos precios aceptables siguió un imparable goteo a la baja de las cotizaciones todo hacía indicar que en estos primeros meses del año el mercado se animaría, pero está ocurriendo todo contrario.<\/div>\n
Dos creemos que son las causas que han incidido en que los precios no se hayan recuperado y en las dos la raíz del problema hay que buscarlo en el verano del 2013; por una parte las grandes superficies no trasladaron a sus lineales la bajada que si tuvo el agricultor, y siguieron vendiendo el producto a precios desorbitados lo que ocasionó un desplome del consumo, que ha fecha de hoy no se ha recuperado; y  por otra, el 1 de julio de 2013 hubo un embargo ruso sobre la patata francesa por contaminación, ya que detectaron en las partidas que estaban importando enfermedades cuarentenarias (podredumbre parda y necrosis bacteriana) que son enfermedades bacterianas, lo que ocasionó un desvío hacia los países del sur de Europa, especialmente España inundándonos de género. Como dato significativo decir que sólo en el mes de enero de 2014 se importaron de Francia 59.247 t con un incremento del 11% respecto al 2013.<\/div>\n

En el sector de cereales, sobre todo trigo y maíz siguen a la alza, y con esta son ya cuatro sesiones consecutivas, el trigo ha pasado a cotizar a 187 €\/t y el maíz a 177,30 €\/t.<\/div>\n
Subida también en los lechazos y cabritos pasando a cotiza a 3,25 €\/kg y 3,15 €\/kg respectivamente. <\/div>\n
Ligera bajada en los precios de los forrajes.<\/div>\n
