{"id":7709,"date":"2006-10-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-10-18T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.asajacyl.com\/leon\/sin-categoria\/asaja-solicita-la-reduccin-o-eliminacin-del-porcentaje-de-barbecho-blanco"},"modified":"2006-10-19T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2006-10-18T22:00:00","slug":"asaja-solicita-la-reduccin-o-eliminacin-del-porcentaje-de-barbecho-blanco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.asajacyl.com\/leon\/asaja-leon-informa\/asaja-solicita-la-reduccin-o-eliminacin-del-porcentaje-de-barbecho-blanco","title":{"rendered":"ASAJA SOLICITA LA REDUCCI&#211;N O ELIMINACI&#211;N DEL PORCENTAJE DE BARBECHO BLANCO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>La ampliaci&#243;n de lo sembrado no supondr&#237;a riesgo de superaci&#243;n de la superficie b&#225;sica para secano<\/h2>\n<p align=\"center\"><font color=\"#009900\" size=\"2\">&#160;&#160;<\/font><b><font color=\"#009900\" size=\"2\">ASAJA SOLICITA LA REDUCCI&#211;N O ELIMINACI&#211;N DEL PORCENTAJE DE BARBECHO BLANCO <\/font><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font color=\"#0033ff\" size=\"2\">La ampliaci&#243;n de lo sembrado no supondr&#237;a riesgo de superaci&#243;n de la superficie b&#225;sica para secano <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">ASAJA de Castilla y Le&#243;n solicita a la Direcci&#243;n General de Pol&#237;tica Comunitaria de la Consejer&#237;a de Agricultura que elimine o reduzca los &#237;ndices de barbecho blanco de las comarcas agrarias de la regi&#243;n, con el objetivo de no poner restricciones a la producci&#243;n, y evitar as&#237; una p&#233;rdida de recursos innecesaria. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">Este barbecho blanco tradicional es un porcentaje de la tierra que hay que dejar sin cultivar, sin percibir ninguna compensaci&#243;n a cambio, para no superar la superficie m&#225;xima garantizada con derecho a pago establecida para cultivos herb&#225;ceos de secano, que en el caso de nuestra Comunidad Aut&#243;noma asciende a 2.646.042 hect&#225;reas. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">La OPA considera que la ampliaci&#243;n de las hect&#225;reas sembradas no supondr&#225; ning&#250;n riesgo de superaci&#243;n de la sub-superficie b&#225;sica para secano, puesto que en Castilla y Le&#243;n ning&#250;n a&#241;o se ha rebasado este l&#237;mite, incluso en a&#241;os anteriores se ha visto reducida la siembra, porque en determinadas zonas de secano es inviable cultivar, a causa de los costes de producci&#243;n y los rendimientos por hect&#225;rea, que est&#225;n por debajo de los 2.000 kilos. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">En la solicitud &#250;nica de este a&#241;o se han declarado en Castilla y Le&#243;n 155.013,74 hect&#225;reas de barbecho blanco. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">ASAJA exige que se reduzcan al m&#225;ximo o se eliminen estos porcentajes, que llegan en algunas comarcas hasta el 28,57%, teniendo en cuenta que la normativa permite a las Comunidades Aut&#243;nomas establecer criterios espec&#237;ficos que permitan aplicar un &#237;ndice de barbecho diferente. <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\"><\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font size=\"2\">&#160; <\/font>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><font size=\"2\">&#160;&#160;Le&#243;n a 19 de octubre de 2006 <\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ampliaci&#243;n de lo sembrado no supondr&#237;a riesgo de superaci&#243;n de la superficie b&#225;sica para secano<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":8174,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[4,9],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.5 -
