La lonja de Le\u00f3n suprime dos categor\u00edas del vacuno de carne<\/h2>\n

Deja de cotizar la categor\u00eda \u201cmam\u00f3n cruzado\u201d tanto machos como hembras en la lonja de Le\u00f3n. Se trata principalmente de animales nacidos de hembras frisonas y machos de aptitud c\u00e1rnica (azul belga, limusin, charol\u00e9s, etc\u2026)<\/h6>\n

La profesionalizaci\u00f3n del sector ha hecho que pr\u00e1cticamente hayan desaparecido este tipo de animales, puesto que las hembras frisonas, que en su totalidad se encuentran en granjas de aptitud l\u00e1ctea, en busca de una mejora gen\u00e9tica permanente se inseminan exclusivamente con machos de la misma raza.<\/p>\n

En cuanto al sector de cereales, repetici\u00f3n de precios en todas las categor\u00edas, a la espera de que se estabilicen las importante fluctuaciones de precios que se est\u00e1n dando en los mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n

Ligera subida en el precio de la leche de cabra, debida principalmente a que hemos ponderado los precios que est\u00e1n pagando las diferentes industrias del sector.<\/p>\n

Suave bajada en los lechazos debido a que estamos en \u00e9poca de parideras y por tanto hay\u00a0 mucha oferta, el precio que refleja hoy la lonja se encuadra dentro de la normalidad de esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
